Data Deletion
Last updated: 2026-05-25
You can ask us to delete your My Profits account and all the data associated
with it at any time. This page explains exactly what gets deleted and how to
make the request.
To delete your data: email
hello@webfront360.com
from the email address you used to sign in, with the subject line
"
Delete my My Profits data". We confirm and process within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete:
- Your account record (name, email, profile picture URL, OAuth identifiers)
- All businesses you created
- All products, direct costs, and operational expenses you entered
- All sales records, customer names, and notes
- All owner withdrawals you recorded
- Any active sessions (you will be signed out everywhere)
- Your linked sign-in accounts on our side (Google/Facebook/Microsoft)
What we keep
-
Aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot be traced back to
you (e.g. "X total accounts created in May 2026"). These are used to understand
app usage and do not identify you.
-
Crash logs older than 90 days are automatically purged anyway,
and any newer ones containing your data are removed as part of deletion.
-
Records we are legally required to keep (very rare; we will tell
you if this applies to your request).
What we do NOT delete
-
Your account with Google, Facebook, or Microsoft. We only delete
what My Profits holds. Your social account remains, and you can still sign in
to other apps with it. To delete your social account itself, contact that
provider directly.
-
Locally cached data on your phone. The app stores some data on
your device for offline use. Uninstalling the My Profits app removes that local
copy.
How to request deletion
-
Send an email to
hello@webfront360.com
from the email address linked to your My Profits account.
-
Use the subject line:
Delete my My Profits data.
-
We will reply within 5 business days to confirm we received the request and to
verify you are the account holder.
-
Once verified, we delete everything within 30 days and send you a confirmation
email. You will be automatically signed out on all devices.
Why we don't (yet) have a self-service "Delete account" button in the app
We're a small team and process deletion requests manually. This lets us catch
accidental deletes and recover data if a request was made in error. As the user
base grows, we will add a self-service delete option directly in the app.
Removing the My Profits app from your Facebook account
If you signed in with Facebook and just want to revoke the My Profits app's
access (without deleting your data):
- Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Apps and Websites.
- Find "My Profits" → click Remove.
This stops Facebook sharing your name and email with us going forward, but does
not delete the data we already have. For that, email us as described above.
